Not so much to say about it. Body a bit sluggish, left shoulder not happy again but still managed decent speed in the over head movements. Really happy with how great my kipping HSPU feels now, didn’t change the fact that shoulders died completely in the last round there.
Also good to feel great about the ctb’s. Not doing a lot of kipping pull ups in my program now.
