A. Jerk 4 sets of 2 @ 90% (of last weeks 4RM):
100kg

B. Push Press 3 sets of 4 @ 90% (of last weeks 5RM):
80kg

C. Back Squat 5 sets of 4 @ 90% (of last weeks 5RM):
140kg

D. Bent Over Row 3 sets of 4 @ 90% (of last weeks 5RM):
95kg

2h Rest

E. EMOM5, 3 Strict + 3 Kipping Hspu, +10cm X-Rom:
4R & 1+1 reps..

F. 3*15 CTB-Pull Ups, (60s rest):
16, 17, 19s

Not so much to say about it. Body a bit sluggish, left shoulder not happy again but still managed decent speed in the over head movements. Really happy with how great my kipping HSPU feels now, didn’t change the fact that shoulders died completely in the last round there.
Also good to feel great about the ctb’s. Not doing a lot of kipping pull ups in my program now.

Good goes to great, great goes to confusion, and then a smile turn it alls around to better than great again. I really am such a nerd.
