Already from the start my legs felt sluggish and had one of those days when they were to tired to sit underneath the bar properly. Made snatches a bit awkward so I changed it to Power Cleans for that part. Went well..
Conditioning was fun, want to do one of the Outlaw wods per week and plan is to chose the one with the most unorthodox movements in there. Stone to shoulder was definitely one of those, and KB walking lunges KILLED the shoulders. Good fun.
If someone constantly turns into a huge demon chaser every damn time he drinks more than a few Coronas, surely you would think the same guy should learn from his mistakes and not let a casual Saturday turn into one of those nights? Think again.
