2*8@70kg, 140/3, 170, 190, 210 PB!, 227 PB (+25kg)

A2. Build to 1RM Push Press:
102, 111/F

B. ”Diane”

Stoked! Not happy with the ugliness of the lift, can also see that my setup is wrong (knees too much forward, hip too low), but who cares – 500lbs baby!!
Obviously counted out exactly what I needed to break that mark before the lift.

Not surprised about the poor performances in the Push Press or Diane, quads, shoulders and triceps are still(!) smoked from Fran on Saturday. Next cycle will focus a little more on my aerobic capacity to speed up recovery between workouts, can’t walk around stiff for days after a 2 and a half minute wod…

For the 5th time since Regionals I’m back on my rules to avoid too much decadence, set up is a bit different with new motivation and I’m pretty sure I will stick to it this time.
