E. For Time, 12m Sled Pull + 12m Prowler Push, 2 rounds each with:
80, 60, 40, 20, 0 extra weight.

Time: 8’51min

F. 200m Westside Sled Drag:
6’35min

Best snatch balance I’ve ever done, not only in weight. Getting used with this more narrow grip, should be good when I start maxing out next week.

Legs very tired today, didn’t have any power during the sleds and stuff. Still good work.
