Chiro in the morning, MAP in the afternoon. My conditioning felt actually really good today, high speed, everything unbroken and short pauses between sets. Weird considering my lifestyle at the moment.

But then again, when all that is keeping you above surface is red wine and How I met your mother, to escape reality, I guess I can’t see any options for it right now either. Physical numbers pointing up, guess my heart is not effected when it comes to performance even when being ripped to pieces..

PS. Gotta give it to HQ, the events this year is really well planned and super all round fitness testing if you ask me. The new events, and the fact to let it start tomorrow, is pure genius. If we are testing real life fitness, we need this in our sport.
