A. 5 sets, Push Press + Jerk behind neck + Split Jerk (hold 5s in Split)
70, 80, 90, 100, 110 PP PB (+3?kg)
B. 5 sets OTM, 2 Power Clean + 1 Push Jerk @ 80%
C. 5 * 2 Snatch Balance
50, 60, 70, 80, 85/F
D. 5min AMRAP TGU@32kg
E. D. Row Sprints, 8*25s max av. Watt/2.35min off. (rest 5min b/t 4&5)
Not sure what my previous PP PB was, but think 107kg. Wasn’t too heavy this either, gotta work on getting under the bar faster in heavy jerks however. Snatch Balance was a 2RM PB. Missed 85 barely, just a bit wobbly in the bottom now when I have moved my hands in.
Rowing sucked from the start, got monster pump in biceps and lats early which probably won’t help my weighted pullups tomorrow. Much slower than last time I did the full 8 rounds with this. Need more rowing training, (heard that before?).
