Felt strong today. Saw stars after the last set of clean pulls for some reason. Realized my problems with sitting underneath the bar in heavy snatches is probably flexibility related, more mobility work it is.
Why is my mind so stuck in a rut? Doing what I should be doing, I think, but still occupied with thoughts about something there is no hope for anyway.
