Have had a sore throat and blocked nose for about 5 days, (as always when I take a rest week), and this welcome back day was like a nice punch in the groin.
Always interesting when 5 minutes of fairly light snatches feels like a metcon..
On the good side, it all felt light! OHS was easier than ever and I am pretty sure I will break through my old PB’s within soon.
Pretty glad I didn’t have any metconish stuff planned for today, would probably not have survived that. Also happy that I am feeling way better. Saturday I woke up without a voice, did the only right thing and turned ”a little walk down to watch social football” into a long night in a bar watching rugby and the Euro 2012. Obviously I had some (12) coronas and then woke up Sunday morning feeling way better!
