C. 3*3 Paus Back Squat (3s in bottom):
125, 135, 145 (+5kg on all sets from last week)

D. 5*3 Back Squat @ 85% of above:
125kg

Training with coach today, such a good feeling in my lifts now. The things he gave me last week has changed my lifts, still not perfect in adapting to the changes but still feels great. Power snatched all the lift above 75, body didn’t wanna squat, but coach likes that: ”that only means you can lift plenty more!”. He also promised me I will do 90kg next week after my deload.

Sat under 117.5 in the C&J but elbows to slow both times..
