WU: 4 sets, 2 Power Cleans + 2 FS +  2 Push press + 2 Jerks + 2 Press behind in Split

A. 3*3 Clean Pulls
90kg, 110, 130

B. 5 sets, 1 Power Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Clean + 1 Jerk (5s in split)
70kg, 80, 90, 100, 105 (+5kg from last time)

C1. 4*4 Hang Snatch High Pull
40, 50, 60, 70

C2. 4*3 Snatch Balance
40, 50, 60, 70

D. 8*4 Front Squats @ 75%

Funny how small things effect us.. like how the ”little” addition of 4 more sets of FS from last time hurt so much more. Or how the small details Coach gave me on pulls changed the lift entirely for me. Also think the wider stance for Snatch landings he gave me is the sole reason for why all of a sudden I can Snatch Balance 70kg easily! (I always sucked at this lift).

On another note small things, like my spinning mind, drives me crazy for no reason some times. And other small things like the video below just makes you happy sometimes…
