A. 5 set, Power Snatch + OHS + Snatch (2s paus in bottom of each)
50kg, 55, 60, 65, 70 (+5kg fr last w)

B. 5 set, Push Press + Jerk Behind Neck + Jerk (5s hold in split)
70, 80, 90, 100, 105 (+3kg)

C. 5*3, Jerk Dip Squat
135kg (+5kg)

 ”Add weight to all exercises today. Next week will be a lighter week, so push your weight increases this week.”

Mission Accomplished. Cues from Coach yesterday about wider landing in the snatch feels better each time. These snatch complexes were the most solid ones I’ve done in this cycle.

Total time for both of us: 11’45min

Good workload, never heavy enough to slow down. Never short enough to feel easy…
