A lifetime of training for just ten seconds.
– Jesse Owens –
WOD 1, 11 am, Hill Sprints
12 Sets, start every 2nd minute. 2min extra rest between 4/5 and 8/9:
Block 1: 13.3, 12.8, 12.3, 12.3 // B2: 12.3, 12.2, 12.1, 12.3 // B3: 12.8, 13.1, 12.5, 12.9
Maybe not Jesse Owens yet, but probably more than 1 second faster per round on average today compared to last week. Legs are getting stronger but I still feel asthmatic when doing these, feels like I cant breath the first 10-15s after each sprint.

OK, so it’s not me being asthmatic, I’m just shit out of conditioning right now. Goal was to keep a pace in these where I could move the entire time and do everything unbroken. UB worked fine, but as soon as I push it a little I get out of breath. No fatigued muscles, just plainly aerobicly toasted. Well, well, it will come back when I focus on that..
Namaste!
