OK, any man less of an Idiot would probably not do this pulling volume when doing pull ups at all for the first time in over a month. May also be classified like a bit daring to go for this when testing an injury, but then again I do live by a strong belief that one needs to take risks to get anywhere..
Risk taking obviously rewarded my foolish ass with a third round of ”light Rhabdo” (my own diagnosis ofc), but even though I can straighten my left arm at all I hope it will settle til tomorrow.
On a positive note it feels really good to be able to do Pull Ups again! Not really strong though and focus is to get the right moving patterns down firstly.
Mini flights was with an awkward cable rope that I haven’t used before and I flipped when I missed the 25 round 4 times on the first attempt. To then get the last one only 4s over my PB when going for speed was quite surprising.
Legs are kind of recovered from Wednesday’s squat session so I expect to be back in 100% training next week.
Being back in Muizenberg this morning triggered my urge to start surfing again so hopefully the sun is soon back so I can give it a serious attempt to finally master those waves. Going for a movie and to get my self a charger so I can start recording some movements soon again.
