Don’t know if the dude was talking about CF when stating the above, but it fits. Another thing I don’t know is how I came up with this metcon when planning a week full of ”fun” wods to get back in the game. Just get it man – Row will never, ever, ever, ever be fun…
Clean segment pulls felt very healthy for my setup. Snatch Balance a bit awkward, I’m jumping forward for some reason instead of dropping straight down under the bar. Might try it from a ”toe standing position” next time.
Kept a pretty decent pace for the first three rounds of pain, about a minute each, but then I took longer and longer breaks. Pretty pumped afterwards, obviously nauseous for a good five minutes as well.
