10.30 am, WOD Part 1
A. Front Squats, 3-3-3-1-1:
116kg/3, 120/3, 125/3 PB! (+5kg), 135/F, 135/f
B. 100 GHD’s for Time:
5’27 min PB!
Woke up with numb forearms, cramping lower back and a hunching upper back that would qualify me for a post at Notre Dame any day.
Yesterday’s slaughter of my posterior chain was obviously though and the half of bottle of red at night probably didn’t help.
Anyway, excuses doesn’t make me stronger so decided to suck it up and go for those Front Squats anyway. Not the best positioning already from the start so I chose to change from the 5by5’s yet again. PB and felt quite strong, dropping elbows though.

Enough of FS-focus in my programming now, other lifts need more attention!
For the GHD’s I was of course aiming to win that challenge for sub 5 min against Dave straight away, but this got hard pretty fast. Don’t think it will take me too long to get this however.
Second session of today is all about running, it’s another ”no hands day”, should be interesting!
