- 12 Burpee Squat Cleans @ 50 kg
- 21 Toes to Bar
- 4 * 15 m Farmers Walk @ 2* 24 kg
Time: 13’04 min.
Plan was to go out at a slow and steady pace and hopefully keep around 3 mins per round, missed out on that one the first one already. Not meant as an excuse, just a note to self, but I don’t perform very well on an empty stomach in the early morning. Need to think about that for upcomping competitions..
Shoulder was no problem really, I was just slow. Need to find my focus and make sure the next challenge is mine!😉
However, it is still not healed, very stiff and I can’t really press off with it in a push up position. Tick tock, tick tock, tick tock…
Coached an awsome Beach Workout after that and anything involving a lot of team work including ”Team Push Ups” could only mean a lot of fun!
