So my shoulder pain from yesterday is probably an impingement of the Supraspinatus, tried to swim this morning but gave it up after 4 lenghts when it didn’t feel any better.
Had to work around it in today’s wod, but all in all it turned out pretty good to have a ”lighter” day. Front squats felt good, little problematic for rack pos cause of the shoulder, but they felt strong and I won’t have any problems increasing the weights next week.
Plan was to do weighted PU’s but just glad that the ring rows worked fine.
Finisher was perfect, got all GHD’s unbroken as I hoped for and only had a few 1-breath-pauses for the boxjumps on the second round. Legs was screaming from the first round, just as I was hoping as well…
