OK, here we go!
3 Rounds for time:
- 10 KB-Snatches @ 32kg, (5 left/5 right)
- 10 Box Jumps, 80cm
- 15 Burpees
Technique Questions: As you can see I am using a bit of an after press, is that ”ok” when doing a Snatch? If not, I know I could use a more of a swinging motion in the beginning, is that to prefer? Anything else I should think of? How do I get out of this love/hate relationship with the burpees… 😉
