Started CrossFit somewhere around March 2009, but have lived a life full of training in different forms for as long as I can remember.
CrossFit is by far the best way of life when it comes to fitness & health that I’ve come over so far. CrossFit brings out the best in me (and sometimes the worst, but that’s just life) and gives me a reason to actually get out of bed in the morning instead of sleeping all day long. CrossFit gives me the ability to physically achieve antything I want, atleast that’s the feeling it gives me.

Helt stört stark i bänkpress måste jag säga! Du använder väl inte en sån där tröja?
Ett tips är att köpa ett par ringar och ett par spännband som du kan hänga upp i närmsta träd eller var som helt egentligen. Väldigt lätt att ta med sig på resan!
Haha, nej ffs! Linnen i all ära men spandex går bort…
Alltid vart starkare i pressövningar (kanske för att de var det man körde mest när man började karriären som Discobyggare för längesen).
När det var vikt och massa som gällde hade jag rätt bra PR’s i Squats (en bit över 200kg) och Dead Lifts oxå men det var knappast CrossFit-djup så dem räknar vi inte. Plus att tiden när jag satsade på att bli större är sedan länge Dead and gone…
Grymma tips, har faktiskt tänkt fixa såna där ringar och försöka lära mig lite teknik. Kan alltid hänga upp dem i bjälkarna hemma när det behövs!
