Felt like doing a low volume and light wod today. Still in line with my “increasing stamina programming”. Some how the BF CTB’s was way harder today, at least from round 3 and on. Maybe the weighted ones before had something to do with that..
Tomorrow it’s time for some more OL and then at night I have a date with a dreaded Benchmark WOD that I’ve only done once before, looking forward to it kind of.
